Service Agreement

By requesting services from Mobile Locksmith Pro, you agree to these terms of service. We provide professional locksmith services including automotive, residential, and commercial lock and key services throughout Northwest New Mexico.

Service Estimates

We provide estimates for services when possible. Final pricing may vary based on the specific requirements of your situation, time of service, and complexity of the work required.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods. Prices quoted are for standard services during regular business hours unless otherwise specified.

Emergency Services

Emergency lockout services are available. Emergency service rates may apply for services provided outside of regular business hours.

Service Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you experience any issues with our locksmith services, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Liability

Mobile Locksmith Pro is fully insured and bonded. We take every precaution to prevent damage to your property during service. In the unlikely event of damage, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Emergency service calls are subject to a service call fee if we are dispatched and you cancel before our arrival.
